About
I’m Ailsa, a Paediatric Dietitian with 14 years of experience working in NHS, private and academic settings.
I understand that navigating infant and child nutrition can feel like a minefield. In my clinical roles I have supported hundreds of families to gain confidence in feeding and nourishing their little ones. Whether you are concerned about potential allergies, struggling to make sense of weaning or have other nutritional concerns, I can help.
As a Mum of 2 I have had personal experience with the challenges of growth concerns, infant feeding, weaning and fussy eating. I understand that it can feel highly stressful and all-consuming, the struggle is real.
But I also know that it doesn’t need to feel this way! I love supporting parents to feel confident and empowered in managing their little one’s diets, leaving more time for all the other fun (and chaos!).
